About the Role

This role is responsible for driving one of Kraft Heinz's top growing categories within the UKI business unit. You will manage iconic Heinz brand projects from strategy to execution, including innovation and communication across the marketing mix.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and leverage insights to drive brand equity through communication and innovation projects.
  • Collaborate with Category Development, Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Create and deliver breakthrough innovation to build the brand and achieve strong results.
  • Manage innovation and renovation projects in line with long-term strategy, ensuring timely execution with cross-category teams.
  • Own the media plan and campaign execution for the category, partnering with agencies.
  • Ensure strong in-market execution and commercial rigor with the category team to deliver results.

Requirements

  • Strong and proven experience with consumer understanding, including identifying needs, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end innovation projects (idea to launch), understanding cross-functional processes and external partners.
  • Experience in managing communication plans from creative to media execution, including agency management.
  • Proven experience in delivering an effective PR plan is a plus.
  • Strong commercial and P&L understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic capabilities and experience in marketing strategy development, situational and trend analysis, and creative campaign development.
  • Strong project management skills, including organization, prioritization, and leading cross-functional teams under pressure.
  • Result-driven with a can-do attitude, creativity in problem-solving, and a focus on company and brand success.
  • Ability to turn insights into action.
  • Tenacity, urgency, and an agile mentality to challenge the status quo.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and cross-functional working skills.
  • Willingness to support and coach colleagues.
