About the Role
Provide invaluable health and safety support and advice to teams undertaking cyclical internal/external refurbishment works across projects in the East Midlands.
Responsibilities
- Undertake periodic risk assessment reviews and implement more robust procedures when necessary.
- Provide specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues and subcontractors.
- Ensure contracts are compliant and that positive behaviors are embedded in the day-to-day works of operational teams.
- Investigate incidents and accidents and provide formal reports and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Must have previously construction/property services experience.
- Must possess a full UK driving license and vehicle for work purposes.
- DBS Check Required: Yes
