About the Role
Join Sephora as a Floor Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) in our new Chatswood Chase store. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a store team, deliver an exceptional client experience, and contribute to Sephora's success in the beauty retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team.
- Embody Sephora's DNA to deliver a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
- Utilize reporting data for operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
- Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) to handle client and team matters and make store decisions.
Requirements
- Open to working a rotating roster to support store needs.
- Previous retail management experience including P&L, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Hands-on leadership style focused on motivating and coaching the store team.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Commitment to maintaining a strong, positive culture with a focus on feedback, development, and recognition.
- Proven drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Ability to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
