About the Role
As a valued team member, provide excellent customer service and apply appliance repair expertise. Help families by restoring their broken appliances.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment using the mobile app
- Ensure efficient use of company vehicle and equipment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to learn and use the mobile app
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Physically able to perform job duties including lifting, stooping, reaching, and climbing
Work Type
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
