About the Role

This role is for an Analyst, Market Intelligence within the Cardiac Rhythm Management Division, based in Austin, TX. The division focuses on innovative technologies for treating heart arrhythmias. This is a fully onsite position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct global sales analysis and establish consistent global sales forecast reporting.
  • Assist in developing quarterly sales models for financial planning and market assessment for long-range planning.
  • Support Global Market Intelligence by tracking and reporting Abbott's share position and performance metrics for tactical and strategic business decisions within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio.
  • Collaborate with geographic partners (finance, marketing, sales) to prepare country/regional sales and share reporting.
  • Perform independent analyses of market trends using secondary data sources.
  • Develop understanding of Cardiac Rhythm Management products, procedures, and market dynamics.
  • Champion improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to leverage and engage others to accomplish projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate at multiple organizational levels.

  • Experience in Life Science or Medical Device.

  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Expertise in Excel.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and insight generation.
  • Ability to translate data into insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and complex custom reports.
  • Experience with Power BI for data access and analysis.

  • $78,000.00 - $156,000.00
