About the Role
As a UO Sales Assistant, you have a keen sense of fashion and trends, always prioritizing the customer. You aim to inspire and transform every purchase into an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities
- Act as a UO Brand Ambassador for our location.
- Support your team with daily tasks, including customer service, cashier duties, and merchandise processing.
- Work independently and with a focus on achieving the best possible results.
- Assist the Instore VM Team with merchandise setup and presentation to create an authentic brand experience.
- Expand our customer base by building positive customer relationships using the latest technology.
- Perform basic cleaning duties in and around the premises, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Requirements
- Enjoy working in a team and demonstrate initiative.
- Possess a service- and customer-oriented approach as the foundation for success.
- Demonstrate strong merchandise and product knowledge.
- Speak German and any other foreign language is a plus.
- Exhibit individuality and a keen sense of trends/fashion.
