About the Role

The Dell Technologies Presales Academy is a program designed to train recent university or graduate school graduates into skilled Inside Presales Solution Architects. This role requires both sales and technical expertise, aiming to serve as a trusted advisor to clients by proposing and designing technology-based products and solutions. Upon program completion, you will join the presales organization, collaborating with sales teams and clients to achieve IT initiatives and resolve business challenges.

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured training program covering Dell Technologies’ advanced data center infrastructure, networking, and AI solutions.
Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge data center solutions and explore the latest trends in cloud computing and AI.
Understand customer needs and craft tailored tech solutions.
Work alongside diverse teams to create innovative solutions that tackle real-world challenges.
Showcase portfolio breadth through engaging product demos and presentations.

Requirements

Undergraduate or Master's Degree earned in a technical or business related field.
Excellent technology skills.
Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Innovative thinker and a self-starter with a desire-to-win mindset.
Consultative technical design and selling skills.
Aptitude for technical curiosity and keen on continuous learning.
Internship experience in a technology-related field or a technology company (desirable).
