About the Role
As a Partner Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Japanese business launch of Too Good To Go, an app aimed at reducing food waste. You will collaborate closely with existing partner stores to drive app utilization, maintain retention rates, and optimize operations, ultimately maximizing their success. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundational systems and operational design of a rapidly growing social impact business in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with partner stores via phone and email, promoting app utilization, retention, and operational optimization.
- Prioritize tasks and execute timely actions, such as managing call lists and campaigns, to maximize partner success.
- Analyze data based on KPIs to identify areas for improvement, maintain high retention rates, reduce refunds, and enhance customer experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for partner store growth and supply optimization based on their needs and implement corresponding strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Customer Experience and Sales, to support partner needs and provide feedback for improvement.
- Liaise with the global Partner Growth team to gather best practices, localize them for Japan, and implement successful strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B client-facing roles such as sales, account management, customer success, or customer service.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in KPI management and process improvement based on data analysis.
- Everyday conversational English proficiency for communication with global teams via Slack and for operating English-language documents and systems.
