About the Role
This role is an integral part of account management, offering an opportunity to develop program management skills and gain experience with large clients in the affiliate marketing industry. The Associate Account Manager will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, implementing affiliate strategies for growth and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing training, guidance, and support.
- Implement program management strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Produce account management documentation and deliver regular reports.
- Recruit new affiliates and project manage migrations in collaboration with clients and the publisher team.
- Build relationships with top affiliates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and Awin products to inform program management and keep clients updated.
- Utilize the Awin platform and third-party tools for account management deliverables and network activities.
- Monitor affiliate program performance for network compliance and health.
- Proactively solve client issues and escalate when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, publishers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support team members and act as a reference point for knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models, tracking solutions, and affiliate types.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn new technology systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner with strong team orientation and a positive attitude.
- Accepts and seeks out ownership and accountability.
