About the Role

Seeking a hands-on Lead Product Designer to craft high-quality user experiences across mobile and web during a pivotal product moment. This role involves shaping user interaction from onboarding to daily use, requiring impeccable taste, strong ownership, and a deep understanding of user needs. Experience with sleek, polished consumer apps is critical, focusing on speed, thoughtfulness, and meticulous attention to detail to earn user trust in deeply personal conversations.

Responsibilities

Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web, including onboarding, new features, and interactive UI.
Engage extensively with users to understand their needs and satisfaction.
Own the end-to-end design process from idea to prototype to final design.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
Utilize data and feedback for rapid iteration and improvement.
Contribute to shaping and evolving the design system.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years designing mobile and web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments.
A portfolio demonstrating impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft, with a track record of creating sleek, beautiful, and intuitive apps.
Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for shipping products.
User-centric mindset with an obsession for detail.
Curious, collaborative, and motivated to build impactful products.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher preferred).
