About the Role
As a Partner Success Director, you will cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with Franchise, Mid-Market, and SME partners. You will work closely with senior stakeholders at large UK Dealership Groups to ensure they maximize value from the partnership and achieve their business objectives, driving a long-term strategy for revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Unblock, build and foster strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at partner organisations, focusing on senior-level stakeholders.
- Embed within partner organisations to understand decision-making drivers and internal dynamics.
- Proactively identify partner needs, goals, and pain points, and develop solutions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of how industry trends and macroeconomic factors impact partner businesses.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on product usage, best practices, and industry trends.
- Provide compelling data insights to drive senior-level engagement.
- Conduct business reviews to assess partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
- Drive product adoption and usage within partner organisations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Unlock opportunities to increase penetration within partner groups.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals to optimise revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Mitigate partner churn through early risk identification and monitoring partner health metrics.
- Leverage data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Use data to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of partner initiatives.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve partner engagement and retention.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Account Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex products to diverse audiences
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organisation including C-Suite
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools
- A passion for technology and a desire to help partners succeed
