About the Role
An enhanced Back of House role supporting all movement of goods into, around, and out of the boutique, as well as aiding with supporting services the boutique provides. This role acts as a bridge between front and back of house to reduce wait or delivery times in the client experience by supporting across the full operational activities of the boutique. It offers room for development and scope to build as the business moves forward.
Responsibilities
- Support all movement of goods into, around, and out of the boutique.
- Aid with supporting services the boutique provides.
- Support across the full operational activities of the boutique.
- Act as an ambassador of CHANEL, sharing knowledge and passion for the product and brand.
- Work proactively in assisting or stepping in to areas that need support.
- Replenish areas with sell down to maximize sales.
- Contribute to delivering an outstanding experience to the client by cultivating knowledge of Health & Safety best practices, compliance, GDPR, and other procedures.
- Ensure optimal levels of supplies are on hand at all times.
- Communicate accurately and transparently to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
