Responsibilities
- Identify and competently support relevant external stakeholders, speakers, and scientific centers.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with external stakeholders through personal scientific exchange.
- Actively collaborate with scientific societies and relevant external partners in the hematology field.
- Analyze and identify relevant network structures and actively gather medical-scientific insights and developments.
- Conceptualize, organize, and implement regional and supra-regional scientific training events.
- Attend international, national, and regional congresses, symposia, and scientific events.
- Support and accompany internal and external study projects.
- Create, prepare, and further develop scientific presentation materials.
- Support internal training programs, field force training, and workshops.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, particularly in Training, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
- Manage projects professionally and actively participate in cross-functional teams.
- Document meticulously, handle IT systems securely, and be open to new technological applications and AI-supported solutions.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, or medicine, ideally with a doctorate.
- Extensive medical-scientific competence.
- Professional experience as a Medical Science Liaison Manager or in a comparable medical-scientific function.
- Ideally, profound knowledge of indications and expertise in hematology and cell therapy.
- Ability to quickly, structurally, and independently familiarize oneself with new indications and complex medical-scientific issues.
- Enjoyment of actively shaping projects and experience in collaborating in cross-functional teams.
- Very good communication, conversation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare and convey complex scientific content in an audience-appropriate manner.
- High level of team and cooperation skills, combined with independence, initiative, and personal flexibility.
- Proficient in MS Office and open to digital tools and modern technological applications.
- Fluent German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
