About the Role
The two-year Germany Trainee Programme offers a solid introduction to the corporate real estate industry. Participants will gain comprehensive professional and practical knowledge in Valuation, Leasing, and Capital Markets while actively contributing to client projects, preparing them for a long-term career in Commercial Real Estate.
Responsibilities
- Support the analysis, management, and development of real estate portfolios for corporate clients.
- Participate in lease negotiations, transaction management, and contract management.
- Prepare real estate valuations, market analyses, and decision documents.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners (e.g., brokers, owners, legal advisors).
- Contribute to strategic space planning and modern workplace concepts.
- Assist in the implementation of sustainability, compliance, and occupational health and safety measures.
- Attend client meetings and support project execution throughout all phases.
- Participate in structured training and mentoring programs.
Requirements
- Very good German language skills and good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or comparable).
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer orientation.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in a long-term career in Corporate Real Estate.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); knowledge of real estate-specific tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a dynamic work environment.
