About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist with analytical skills to step-change our growth marketing creative performance. You will build and deliver a plan that drives both brand impact and measurable commercial performance, translating insights into actionable creative direction and bridging the gap between data-driven growth and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing existing strategy and performance to build a repeatable strategy across Meta, YouTube, and offline formats.
  • Writing inspiring briefs that define specific audience tension and commercial problems.
  • Providing clear strategic feedback and priorities to external performance agencies.
  • Defining hypotheses and learning agendas for creative tests, and synthesizing results into future campaigns.
  • Providing the UK lens for global product launches, ensuring cultural nuances are represented.
  • Conducting a full audit of current performance creative strategy.

Requirements

  • Experienced Creative Strategist with analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and deliver a plan driving brand impact and commercial performance.
  • Ability to translate deep insights and channel learnings into clear, actionable creative direction.
  • Bridge the gap between data-driven growth and high-fidelity brand storytelling.
  • Act as the primary creative partner for media agencies and global teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
  • Proactively find creative opportunities to unlock growth using qualitative insight and quantitative signals.
  • Understand how creative behaves differently across platforms like Meta and print.
  • Adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Master collaborator and storyteller.
  • Translate broad brand platforms into actionable creative territories that scale.
  • Challenge agencies and stakeholders respectfully using evidence and context.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere or Photoshop.
  • Skilled at reviewing different datasets to identify patterns and commercial opportunities.
  • Interrogate hook rates, scroll-stop data, and conversion signals to drive improvements.
  • Tell a compelling story that shapes future creative output.
  • Comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders to drive decision making.
  • Adaptable to change and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Focus on what really matters to deliver results.
  • Skilled at bringing others on the journey.
  • Self-directed and proactive.
