About the Role

Join our team as a Reservation Agent, where your organizational skills and passion for hospitality will help create perfect guest stays. Benefit from short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies, allowing you to actively shape our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Handling and processing individual reservations.
• Maintaining reservation data in the PMS system.
• Providing phone consultations regarding location, amenities, and services of individual properties.
• Selling rooms with the goal of revenue optimization.
• Actively managing room occupancy through targeted category sales to increase revenue.
• Collaborating closely with Front Office departments, including VIP guest handovers.

Requirements

• Ideally, completed training in the hotel industry and initial experience in reservations or Front Office.
• Career changers are warmly welcomed.
• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Good communication and expression skills.
• Solution-oriented approach, working independently and responsibly.
• Flexibility to work various shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Successful employee referral bonus payment.

Skills

• Knowledge of hotel software Guestline is advantageous, but not required.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1).
