Responsibilities

Capable of working on complex, multi-phase projects with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes and compliance with regulations.
Prepare architectural drawings and models that accurately reflect the design intent.
Assist in ensuring designs and technical documentation are compliant with project requirements and standards under supervision of senior staff.
Communicates design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders using strong visual and verbal presentation skills.

Requirements

Mid-level project architect/designer with experience of complex projects.
Solid understanding of design development and delivery.
Adept at problem-solving and collaboration with team members and consultants for optimal project outcomes.
Minimum 5 years of local experience.
Good understanding of design and construction documentation.
Solid understanding of Australian building codes.
Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required.

Skills

Revit proficiency is essential.
Rendering (Enscape, Lumion) and Photoshop skills will also be highly regarded.
Strong level of technical/construction knowledge is highly regarded.
Experience working in complex commercial project or large scale multi-residential projects is highly regarded.
