Responsibilities
- Capable of working on complex, multi-phase projects with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare architectural drawings and models that accurately reflect the design intent.
- Assist in ensuring designs and technical documentation are compliant with project requirements and standards under supervision of senior staff.
- Communicates design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders using strong visual and verbal presentation skills.
Requirements
- Mid-level project architect/designer with experience of complex projects.
- Solid understanding of design development and delivery.
- Adept at problem-solving and collaboration with team members and consultants for optimal project outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years of local experience.
- Good understanding of design and construction documentation.
- Solid understanding of Australian building codes.
- Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required.
Skills
- Revit proficiency is essential.
- Rendering (Enscape, Lumion) and Photoshop skills will also be highly regarded.
- Strong level of technical/construction knowledge is highly regarded.
- Experience working in complex commercial project or large scale multi-residential projects is highly regarded.
