About the Role

EFESO Management Consultants is a leading international operations consultancy and transformation partner for the manufacturing industry, with approximately 1,000 employees at 35 locations worldwide. Responsibilities

Drive sustainable change at our clients by combining technical expertise, digital affinity, and methodological strength to develop and implement future-oriented solutions.
Monitor technological trends, evaluate their potential, and develop strategies for the effective use of new technologies, focusing on practical added value and promoting digital solutions for efficiency gains.
Identify optimization potential along the value chain through strong process orientation and analytical skills, developing data-based, methodologically sound, and operationally feasible concepts.
Communicate complex issues clearly and convincingly, delivering targeted presentations in German and English for various audiences.
Moderate workshops effectively and guide teams towards goals.
Collaborate as an experienced leader with interdisciplinary, international teams, proactively contributing expertise and fostering knowledge exchange.
Coordinate work packages independently, monitor deadlines, and contribute to structured project implementation.
Actively shape your career through individual further training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
Minimum of five years of experience in the industrial and/or consulting environment, including transformation projects.
High affinity for digital working methods and AI-supported tools.
Utilize data-based approaches to make processes more efficient and create added value.
Analytical and process-oriented thinking.
Combine methodological strength with high IT affinity and interest in new technologies.
Strong communication, team orientation, and confident moderation and presentation skills.
Negotiation proficiency in German and very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Appreciation for in-person collaboration at the client's site.
