About the Role

As a Manager, you will play a central role in our consulting projects, leading interdisciplinary teams in the strategic and operational transformation of leading industrial companies. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of complex projects, actively shape customer relationships, and continuously develop our consulting approaches.

Responsibilities

• Holistic project management, analysis of complex corporate processes, and development of sustainable, implementation-oriented solutions.
• Preparation of strategic decision proposals at top management level, confident presentation of results, and positioning as a trusted customer contact.
• Leading project teams, designing executive-level workshops, and ensuring effective communication.
• Responsibility for schedules, resources, and budgets, steering implementation of measures, and ensuring measurable results.
• Identification of strategic potentials for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, development of scalable solutions, and ensuring their sustainable integration.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in consulting or industry, ideally in the automotive or technology-driven sector.
• High affinity for digital working methods and AI-supported tools, utilizing data-based approaches for process efficiency and value creation.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a good understanding of complex business processes and economic contexts.
• Leadership competence, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor.
• Negotiation proficiency in German and very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and appreciation for on-site customer collaboration.
