Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in business development or strategic sales experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related industries
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and contributing to business growth
- Experience in developing and executing market strategies
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
- Travel required 30-50% based on business needs
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
