About the Role
This role is for an experienced Patrol Security Officer who enjoys working independently, staying proactive, and making a genuine impact in the community. CONSTANT is seeking professional and reliable Patrol Officers for overnight shifts, involving mobile patrols, alarm responses, site inspections, and incident response.
Responsibilities
- Conducting scheduled mobile patrols across different sites
- Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergency callouts in a timely and professional manner
- Performing lock-up and unlock services for client premises
- Completing site inspections and identifying security risks or hazards
- Maintaining accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift updates using reporting systems
- Liaising with emergency services, clients, and internal operations teams when required
- Providing a strong and visible security presence to deter unlawful activity
- Delivering professional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships
- Following company procedures and compliance requirements at all times
Requirements
- Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory)
- Current Driver Licence with a clean driving record
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia
