About the Role
Enhance residents' lives with compassionate care by understanding their needs and preferences, creating meaningful connections that support their well-being. Assist with personal and daily care, maintaining dignity and respecting routines, with team support.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
- Assistance with medication and simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Physically able to carry out required duties in a safe and efficient manner
- A born listener, genuinely curious to know and understand people
- Care skills driven by compassion, with a contagious positive attitude
- Ability to rally the team to problem solve, connect and overcome challenges
