About the Role
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will connect Technology and Operations to deliver insights that drive informed decisions at DP World. This high-impact role involves partnering closely with business leaders to transform data into intuitive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions that enhance performance and accountability, embedding a data-driven culture and elevating analytics adoption.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business partner to DP World’s business units, translating operational priorities into meaningful reporting, analysis, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align reporting and drive consistency across the DP World network.
- Develop a strong understanding of operational and commercial metrics to improve performance visibility, decision-making, and accountability.
- Design intuitive dashboards and models that enable stakeholders to effectively self-service and use insights.
- Contribute to the transition of business intelligence platforms, including report migration, data model alignment, dashboard redevelopment, whilst ensuring compliance with agreed governance standards.
- Promote data quality and reporting consistency through issue identification and best practice.
Requirements
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, translate business needs, and deliver reporting solutions that support operational and commercial decisions.
- Strong data governance and data quality capability, with a focus on consistent reporting and KPI standards.
- Comprehensive Power BI development and data modelling skills.
- Strong Data Base Management skills and the ability to work with data from multiple operational systems.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and reporting that support operational improvement and strategic objectives.
- Experience working with Terminal Operating Systems or comparable platforms (Desirable)
