About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you act as the bridge between product and marketing, embedded within the Product Team. Your focus is on the end-to-end product experience, ensuring a consistent user journey from the website to complex in-app workflows for our healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for our SaaS platform and optimize workflows based on user feedback and data
• Create product-related marketing assets like feature landing pages, in-app onboarding, and tutorials
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to inform wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Develop and maintain product-focused components within the design system
• Collaborate cross-functionally between product, engineering, and marketing teams to align user needs with business goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B SaaS or HealthTech
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including design systems, auto-layout, and component architectures
• User-research mindset with experience conducting interviews and data-driven design decisions
• Strong communication skills to justify design rationales to various stakeholders
• Solid understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and information architecture
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide/receive constructive feedback
• Passion for HealthTech and the ETERNO mission
• Fluent German (C2) and good English (B2+) skills
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, workshops, and team collaboration
