About the Role

The Facility Manager is a key leadership position responsible for all aspects of operational, clinical and team performance at our 162-bed facility at Peter Cosgrove House, Narrabeen, NSW.

Responsibilities

• Leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Managing compliance, accreditation, and resident safety
• Driving financial and workforce performance aligned with Aged Care Standards
• Building a positive, engaged culture across the home
• Fostering continuous improvement and service excellence

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' Facility Management experience within the aged care sector.
• Strong clinical leadership experience, along with a high level of business acumen.
• A solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation
• A genuine passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development
• A valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.

• Salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year.
