About the Role
Almedia is building the future of marketing by rewarding users for engaging with advertisers. We offer a new way for major companies to acquire users. At Almedia, you will own more, push harder, and join a rare environment of ambitious, high-ownership people. This is a 5-day-a-week in-office role.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority projects in the APAC region, taking full ownership from start to finish.
- Support business development by assisting the CEO & country managers in identifying new opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the company's operations.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure alignment on objectives and resources.
- Optimize operational efficiency by identifying and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, or business strategy roles.
- Ability to lead and execute projects independently, aligning with strategic objectives.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental and leadership collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on business intelligence.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
