About the Role
Our Bondi Junction centre is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our supportive, professional team in a modern, well-equipped practice. Responsibilities
- Chair-side assisting across a broad range of dental procedures
- Managing patient bookings, phone enquiries and front desk support
- Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting dentists throughout the day
- Delivering warm, professional and empathetic patient care
- Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist (essential)
- Comfortable across chair-side assisting, reception and sterilisation duties
- Strong knowledge of infection control and clinical compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and highly professional
- A team-focused approach with a passion for patient care
- To work in Dental in QLD, you are required to hold a Blue Card for paid employment
