About the Role
As the point of contact, you will genuinely connect with customers and help them with their requests, whether they are in person or on the phone. You will act as the go-between from our customer to our Sales, Service, and Repair Departments, ensuring technicians understand customer needs and recommended solutions are fully understood by customers.

Requirements
- Ability to genuinely connect with customers
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Highly organised administration skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of all company services
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Current NSW driver’s licence
- Working knowledge of ERA and Pentana computer systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs
