About the Role

The Staff Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment process for high-level requisitions, from sourcing to onboarding. This role focuses on creating a positive, personalized experience for candidates, agencies, and hiring managers, while ensuring efficiency and compliance. This position reports to the Manager, Staff Recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-level staff positions across national and international Global Services departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent aligned with firm goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on recruiting best practices.
  • Maintain market data and talent availability information to guide hiring managers.
  • Actively source candidates through various platforms to build a strong pipeline.
  • Build relationships with agency search firms, communicate firm culture, and negotiate contractual terms.
  • Review and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate expertise.
  • Track and maintain all recruiting activities and files.
  • Extend verbal and written offers of employment and manage negotiations.
  • Maintain and update the firm’s applicant tracking system.
  • Complete pre-employment checks and ensure timely entry into the onboarding platform.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create meaningful onboarding and integration plans.
  • Establish and track key recruitment metrics, reporting findings to leadership.
  • Partner with Staff Recruiting Manager on department initiatives.
  • Continuously assess recruitment processes, tools, and resources to enhance candidate experience.
  • Proactively improve candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and reprioritize responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources practices and principles.
  • Full understanding of recruiting practices.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.
  • Critical thinking and sound judgment to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the firm.
  • Ability to manage productive working relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Salary/Compensations

  • $100,000 - $120,000
