About the Role

Provide client-facing support for valet parking, Electric Vehicles (EVs) management, and driving operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, answering questions, driving employees and guests, providing parking directions, assisting with traffic control, performing key audits, and distributing reports.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining station operations.
  • Update Valet and EV charging logs.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including managing car backlog.
  • Acknowledge and greet all incoming customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Perform outdoor concierge and customer service duties as requested.
  • Anticipate and facilitate customer needs, such as car requests, opening doors, assisting with wheelchairs, luggage, umbrellas, directions, and traffic.
  • Tactfully manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
  • Safely perform valet parking and EV services, including parking, retrieving, delivering customer vehicles, and managing EV charging stations.
  • Safely operate customer and company vehicles in accordance with regulations, laws, and company policies.
  • Perform hourly and daily key audits, including key transfers.
  • Manage cash, valet tickets, ticketless technology systems, keys, and equipment according to company policy.
  • Assist in completing hourly and daily activity logs using the Employee Portal or phone.
  • Safely operate, ride, rebalance, and secure bicycles for customers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
  • Show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and promote a harassment-free environment.
  • Possess working knowledge of Account Specific Details.
  • Be flexible with work shifts and hours to service peak volumes, vacated shifts, and emergencies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Punctual with a good attendance record.
  • Reliable means of transportation to work.
  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Must have 3 years of driving experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with no accidents or 2-point driving infractions in the last 5 years.
  • Some customer service/public relations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Accommodate a flexible work schedule, including different times and locations.
  • Possess a cell phone and email account.
  • Regularly get in and out of vehicles multiple times per day.
  • Regularly stand for extended periods of time.
  • Regularly walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Regularly talk and listen up to 8 hours a day.
  • Specific vision abilities required, including seeing differences in widths and lengths of lines.
  • Occasionally climb stairs and/or use an elevator.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to run, stand for long periods, and be outdoors for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to work in an environment with moderate to high noise levels.
  • Ability to work in a shared workspace and interact with staff and the public.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment with interruptions.
  • Ability to tolerate moderate exposure to physical risks such as operating dangerous equipment or working with chemicals.
  • Ability to tolerate moderate exposure to unusual elements such as mild to hot temperatures, inclement weather, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
