About the Role
Lead complex, enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives supporting strategic business and technology objectives. Provide leadership across cross-functional teams for successful planning and execution of infrastructure modernization, platform delivery, and operational improvement projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong program leadership, stakeholder influence, and technical understanding to operate in complex, fast-paced environments and drive alignment across business and IT.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of large-scale, cross-functional infrastructure programs.
- Drive project strategy, prioritization, and execution planning aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment across interdependent workstreams.
- Establish and maintain roadmaps, timelines, financial tracking, and delivery metrics.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, business stakeholders, and IT executives.
- Provide clear, concise executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations.
- Facilitate governance forums, including steering committees and decision-making sessions.
- Drive alignment across competing priorities and organizational boundaries.
- Lead collaboration across infrastructure, engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams.
- Ensure coordination across key infrastructure domains: compute, storage, virtualization, network, connectivity, cloud, platform services, identity, and security.
- Manage dependencies, integration points, and sequencing across complex initiatives.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies at project and program levels.
- Implement mitigation strategies and lead escalations as needed.
- Drive accountability for resolution across teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise governance frameworks, architecture standards, and security policies.
- Maintain oversight of project controls, documentation, and quality standards.
- Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
- Optimize resource allocation across internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee vendor performance, deliverables, and contractual commitments.
- Lead initiatives with significant organizational and operational change implications.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
- Guide communication and readiness strategies at a program level.
Requirements
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure transformations or cloud initiatives.
- Familiarity with SDLC and release management practices.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture or IT strategy planning.
