About the Role
Provide compassionate support and comprehensive services, enabling seniors to live safe, healthy, and independent lives in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home caregiving services including personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Encourage socialization and provide companionship
- May include transportation, errand-running, Dementia care, and palliative/end-of-life care
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience providing non-medical in-home caregiving services
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Basic English proficiency
- Must be 18 years or older
- Weekend availability
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to push and pull 0 to 150+ pounds
- Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and cooperation in fulfilling role obligations
- Ability to work independently and as a Health Care Team member
- Good observational skills and sound judgment
