About the Role
We have an opportunity available for a transformational change leader to join us as our Supply Chain Manager, responsible for our NSW Service/Maintenance operations. This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for leading a team to manage and continuously improve our end-to-end supply chain for this critical part of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Leading, developing and managing teams across multiple locations.
- Developing a positive team culture that embraces compliance, continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration.
- Establishing and developing key performance metrics for supply chain.
- Developing policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety of delivery.
- Managing inventory supply and forecasting, driving towards best practice inventory planning and management.
- Managing the relationships and performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Building strong collaborative relationships with key functional areas of the operations.
Requirements
- The ability to thrive within a face-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- The demonstrated ability to lead, coach and manage teams across multiple locations, and foster a positive team culture.
- A strategic and analytical thinker, who is IT savvy and proficient with an ERP.
- Significant experience managing the end-to-end supply chain, ideally within a similar 'heavy industry'.
- Experience within maintenance operations will be highly regarded.
