About the Role

The Japan LFO Investment Optimization (I/O) Team plays a critical role in ensuring that marketing and growth investments are deployed efficiently, strategically, and with measurable financial impact. This Manager role plays a key role in shaping investment strategy by translating complex data into clear, decision-ready insights. By tracking and leveraging customer behavior through LUMI data and Power BI–based financial analysis, you will develop compelling, data-driven storytelling that influences senior leadership decisions. The role also drives the development of scalable, automated, and self-service data solutions to enhance the end-to-end investment management process.
