About the Role

Episode Six is a global provider of API-based payment processing and wallet management infrastructure, seeking a Client Project Manager to join their Project Management Team. The role involves leading teams to deliver innovative solutions and launch disruptive new products in the payments market.

Responsibilities

  • Takes full responsibility for the project lifecycle, including definition, approach, facilitation, and completion of client-facing projects.
  • Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks.
  • Ensures realistic project plans are maintained and communicates regularly and accurately with stakeholders using agile and waterfall methods.
  • Manages client expectations and aligns project plans for efficient delivery.
  • Provides effective leadership to the project team and addresses performance deviations.
  • Mentors and guides project team members to ensure adherence to delivery and quality standards.
  • Leads the team in delivering consistent and successful projects in line with scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develops project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manages assigned projects and tasks, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards within time and cost constraints.
  • Ensures effective, regular, and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitors and manages inbound and outbound dependencies, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensures project delivery and reporting align with standards and corporate requirements.
  • Manages the handover to support, including operational impact assessments and transition plans.
  • Responsible for change control management and process adherence.
  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Ensures projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Manages relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.
  • Performs risk management to mitigate project risks.
  • Performs other duties associated with client activities.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Project Management experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the FinTech ecosystem.
  • Cards, Payments, or scheme experience required.
  • Experience in managing clients, 3rd party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across geographic time zones.
  • Experience working in an Agile-based environment within a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Demonstrated history of working cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple project work streams within budget and timeframe constraints.
