About the Role

The Senior Campaign Manager leads the development and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales, revenue, and audience growth across the Sydney Opera House's diverse program of events and experiences. Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Arts Management.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing campaign management.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales and revenue targets for events and experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and optimize large-scale campaigns in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven approach leveraging analytics to improve outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of integrated marketing and experience across the full campaign lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets, monitoring spend, and reporting on financial performance.
  • Existing Australian work rights.
  • Satisfactory National Police Check.
  • Satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment.
