About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and deliver business transformation initiatives, including process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational change management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce or digital products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder priorities.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Strong organizational and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage.
