About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and deliver business transformation initiatives, including process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational change management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Define project goals, scope, and success criteria in partnership with sponsors.
- Develop delivery timelines using agile or traditional methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage project budgets.
- Track milestones and key metrics while implementing risk mitigation controls.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment through proactive communication and status updates.
- Drive organizational change and support the adoption of new processes.
- Ensure thorough documentation and design tracking methods for sustainable outcomes.
- Manage procurement and budget oversight for external resources.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce or digital products.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder priorities.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools.
- Strong organizational and structured thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage.
