About the Role

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for Full-Stack Software Engineers to join our engineering teams. As a Full-Stack Engineer at Superhuman, you will play a critical role in building core parts of the Superhuman product offering, infrastructure, and features to help 40 million users write more clearly and effectively every day. You’ll have the opportunity to work across both Front-End and Back-End, contributing to highly visible, impactful projects. Superhuman engineers and researchers have the freedom to innovate and uncover breakthroughs—and, in turn, influence our product roadmap. The complexity of our technical challenges is growing rapidly as we scale our interfaces, algorithms, and infrastructure. Responsibilities

Build and ship impactful features quickly.
Build and support high-availability production services on the Back-End.
Develop rich user interfaces on the Front-End.
Ensure high availability for consumer and enterprise customers.
Learn and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Core, Growth, Enterprise, Trust, Data) to deliver product offerings.
Contribute to an engineering culture emphasizing documentation, testing, and user experience.
Evaluate existing systems and propose scalable architectures.
Mentor new hires.

Requirements

At least three years of Full-Stack development experience.
Excellent software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
Ability to address infrastructure challenges.
Proficiency in modern web client development and testing tools.
Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale.
Perseverance in resolving complex technical issues.
Commitment to high-quality end-user experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Proactive task and priority management across multiple projects.
Efficient analysis and execution of work.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
