Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture executive-level customer relationships with strategic Brand customers, managing client portfolios end-to-end.
  • Champion customer-centricity and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Evolve tools, processes, and strategy for customer engagement and segmentation.
  • Continuously improve customer health, ensuring product and solution adoption.
  • Coach and mentor Brands Customer Success team CSMs, sharing best practices.
  • Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Address challenging customer requests and resolve issues.
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead renewal strategy and forecasting, including mitigation sessions, value-selling coaching, assumption challenging, and maintaining forecast accuracy, along with contract negotiation and paperwork.
  • Ensure customer value realization and adoption, coaching teams to be trusted advisors driving long-term growth.
  • Ensure customers view LiveRamp as a strategic and foundational partner driving business value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Services, Marketing, Finance, Data Ethics, Legal, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Enterprise B2B SAAS CSM experience, with emphasis on Media Buying & Measurement, Collaboration, or Identity.
  • Minimum 5 years as CSM/Account Director, or 8+ years customer-facing with 2 years in Customer Success.
  • Preferred history of growth in role seniority or account size.
  • Experience with accounts $2M+ in ARR, or strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Experience managing 3-5 highly strategic accounts (nice to have).
  • Experience managing 20+ $500k+ accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with LiveRamp and its ecosystem role (brand client or platform side).
  • Familiarity with Clean Room solutions, Measurement, and/or Collaboration use cases.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Experience drafting and delivering QBRs and executive summaries.
  • Experience managing renewals and partnering with Sales on upsells/cross-sells.
  • Multiple roles across adtech/martech on Sales or Buy side (Brand/Agency) (nice to have).

  • Strong relationship and empathy: ability to understand product/process change impact on customer business.
  • Ability to communicate disruptive change and empathize with customers.
  • Ability to provide recommended adjustments to change based on customer and potential other customers (bonus).

Salary/Compensations

  • Approximate annual base compensation range: $96,500 to $133,500
