About the Role
The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) aims to build a more equal and resilient world through initiatives like LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program, empowering women and allies with skills, confidence, and networks. This role consolidates the internal systems for Lean In's global programs, including CRM, automations, and data, into a single ownership. The Manager, Programs Operations will own the systems infrastructure powering Lean In's programs and partnerships, including CRM, event platforms, vendor relationships, and integrations. This role involves setting governance standards, maintaining systems as programs scale, and automating operational processes like reimbursements, member support, and swag fulfillment, reporting to the VP of Programs with a dotted line to the SVP of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own systems supporting partners, volunteer leaders, and program participants, including CRM (HubSpot), event platform operations, automations, and communications.
- Own operational work supporting partners and members, including handling questions and processing reimbursements.
- Set and enforce data governance standards across Programs and Partnerships.
- Own HubSpot end-to-end, including architecture, data model, and day-to-day administration.
- Own partnerships pipeline infrastructure: deal stages, properties, reporting, and automations.
- Design workflows for onboarding, engagement, and retention across all audiences.
- Build and optimize automated communication journeys in HubSpot (lifecycle emails, triggered workflows, drip sequences).
- Own segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability infrastructure for community-facing email.
- Own operational infrastructure for events: Zoom, registration, attendance tracking, and follow-up automations.
- Partner with Product on data integration between HubSpot and the community platform.
- Build dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into program health, partner activity, and community engagement.
- Manage community service inboxes across all programs, defining escalation logic and maintaining AI flows.
- Serve as operational backstop for member questions and account-level admin changes.
- Manage swag fulfillment: stock, conference shipments, and partner/community gifts.
- Own and improve the reimbursement process for volunteer leaders.
- Utilize AI to scale team capacity, deploy automations, build workflow libraries, and facilitate tool adoption.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in operations, revenue operations, or systems-focused program roles.
- Clear ownership of CRM infrastructure in at least one prior role.
- HubSpot admin-level expertise (workflow automation, pipeline configuration, custom properties, segmentation, reporting) or comparable CRM experience with willingness to learn HubSpot.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end data integrity.
- Strong project management instincts, managing multiple workstreams and driving completion.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar).
- Working fluency with LLMs for practical workflow applications.
- Ability to design infrastructure and explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Clear, warm communicator, comfortable with process documentation, data model explanations, and setting boundaries.

- Base Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 annually
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary annually
