About the Role

Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for mission-critical revenue products powering the global go-to-market organization. Partner with Engineering, Data, and business teams to develop intelligent products and platform capabilities that redefine how the business scales, executes, and innovates.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM and Revenue Operations to understand sales and revenue workflows, identify friction points, and design intelligent products and automations.
  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Revenue Products supporting the global go-to-market organization.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI-native product solutions, workflows, and intelligent tooling grounded in data, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Reimagine traditional CRM workflows through a headless, composable architecture approach prioritizing flexibility, interoperability, and user experience.
  • Drive prioritization decisions across competing initiatives, balancing speed, quality, scalability, and immediate business impact.
  • Establish clear success metrics, monitor product adoption and outcomes, and continuously iterate based on learnings.
  • Foster a culture of rapid learning, experimentation, ownership, and high-quality execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in technology-heavy environments, with ownership of product strategy, roadmap definition, and execution.
  • Experience building products, platforms, or workflow systems supporting go-to-market, revenue, sales, customer success, or operational teams at scale.
  • Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on products using customer feedback, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with modern CRM and revenue ecosystems, including composable and API-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of platform integrations, APIs, event-driven systems, and data flows across enterprise applications.

Salary/Compensations

  • $201,400-$277,000 USD
