About the Role
Define and execute channel marketing strategy to drive growth through partners. Establish and build the Channel Marketing program from the ground up, creating strategy, infrastructure, and execution plans to activate and drive revenue through major channel partners like benefits brokers and payroll/HR platforms. Architect and launch the foundational Channel Marketing program, defining core processes, metrics, and scalable playbooks for partner engagement.
Responsibilities
- Architect and launch the foundational Channel Marketing program, defining core processes, metrics, and scalable playbooks for partner engagement.
- Develop tiered marketing strategies for key partner types, including Benefits Broker and Platform Integration Channels.
- Create, manage, and scale partner-facing marketing assets, collaborating with Field Marketing for localization.
- Lead development and execution of joint value propositions, positioning, and co-marketing budgets for strategic partners.
- Own marketing and execution for major channel partner events, including sponsorships, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with Channel Partner Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Demand Generation, and Paid Media teams for consistent messaging and lead handover.
- Track, analyze, and report on channel marketing performance metrics, identifying optimizations and demonstrating ROI.
- Inspire and empower colleagues by promoting wellbeing and creating a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of B2B Marketing experience, including at least 2 years in Channel Marketing or Partner Marketing.
- Proven track record of establishing marketing programs or initiatives from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomous marketer with G4 level capabilities, demonstrating ownership and ability to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, articulating complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, proactive self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong bias for action.
- Strong understanding of Health Benefits, HR Technology, or Payroll/HRIS ecosystem; prior experience with vendors like Sequoia, ADP, or Paychex is desired.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing and channel/partner marketing is mandatory.

Salary/Compensations
- $96,000-$106,000 annual base salary in NY, CA, CO, MA, WA.
- Salary varies by location.
