About the Role
This role contributes to employee wellness and company culture by owning team activities, events, people programs, and office management. Responsibilities include solving logistics, architecting offsites, managing budgets, systems, and processes, and supporting the CEO and executive team to optimize their schedules and provide necessary resources. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Manage physical workspace and daily logistics, including vendor management, facilities coordination, supplies, maintenance, and workspace optimization.
- Conceptualize and execute team events, activities, milestone celebrations, and company offsites to build team connection and culture.
- Coordinate logistics for executive leadership, manage meeting arrangements, handle travel coordination, and support business operations.
- Track expenses, manage office and events budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Anticipate and solve problems quickly, building processes to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in office management, operations, executive administration, or a similar generalist role
- Proven track record of planning and executing impactful events, offsites, or team experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities.
- Comfort with tools for calendar management, project tracking, expense management, and communication.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
