About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, patient-centered Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontics team. This unique, travelling role supports multiple clinics across the GTA and Hamilton region, working directly with our Orthodontist Lead to guide patients through their orthodontic journeys from consultation to case acceptance and ongoing care.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through orthodontic treatment plans, timelines, procedures, and financial considerations.
• Support orthodontic consultations, case presentations, and treatment acceptance conversations.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and maintain consistent patient communication.
• Build strong patient relationships through empathy, education, and personalized support.
• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience across all clinic locations.
• Support the Orthodontist Lead during orthodontic procedures and appointments.
• Take clinical records including digital scans, photographs, and radiographs.
• Educate patients on appliance care, aligner compliance, and treatment expectations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient appointment flow and scheduling.
• Assist in maintaining organized orthodontic workflows across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in orthodontics, dental treatment coordination, or dental administration.
• Strong understanding of orthodontic procedures and patient workflows.
• Experience with digital dental technology and practice management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-clinic environment.
• Comfortable managing changing schedules and working independently.
• Polished, professional, and patient-first approach.
