Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential and light commercial settings with accuracy and efficiency.
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships by providing professional, friendly, and transparent service and education.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing technologies and best practices.
• Stay informed to ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, maintenance plans, and accessories that enhance the customer experience.
• Represent the company with a polished appearance, courteous demeanor, and strong work ethic.
• Respect customer property and leave work areas clean and orderly.
• Work closely with the HVAC service and sales departments along with management to achieve team goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Participate in community events and initiatives as part of our commitment to giving back to the Austin area.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Tradesman, Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
• Ability to work in varying environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Commitment to excellence.

Skills

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Familiarity with service management software (ServiceTitan preferably).
• Familiarity with mobile devices.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools.
