Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential and light commercial settings with accuracy and efficiency.
- Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing professional, friendly, and transparent service and education.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing technologies and best practices.
- Stay informed to ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures.
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, maintenance plans, and accessories that enhance the customer experience.
- Represent the company with a polished appearance, courteous demeanor, and strong work ethic.
- Respect customer property and leave work areas clean and orderly.
- Work closely with the HVAC service and sales departments along with management to achieve team goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in community events and initiatives as part of our commitment to giving back to the Austin area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
- Tradesman, Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
- Ability to work in varying environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.

Skills
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

- Familiarity with service management software (ServiceTitan preferably).
