About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own features from customer conversations through to production. This role involves writing specs, collaborating closely with engineers, and overseeing the design implementation. You will be responsible for maintaining design components, managing the ticketing workflow, and building tools to empower engineers in design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify designs on production.
• Ship your first design to production within the first month.
• Own a full feature end-to-end in the second month.
• Push the design system forward.
• Start building tools and skills that make engineers faster at design.
• Improve the product design process.

Requirements

• 10+ years designing B2B SaaS desktop applications as Staff/Principal Product Designer or similar.
• Experience with dense interfaces like tables, filters, permissions, and settings pages.
• Experience as the only designer, or one of two or three, in companies under 50 people.
• Ability to set the bar without a dedicated design organization.
• Portfolio showcasing individual contributions ('I' statements).
• Ability to name engineers collaborated with on features.
• Ability to articulate design decisions defended through the build process.
• Clear and concise English communication skills (Slack, docs, calls).
• Fast in Figma, with or without AI.
• Serious relationship with LLMs.
• Treat engineering feasibility as input, not a constraint.
• Comfortable doing product work without the PM title.
• Ability to hear feedback and iterate quickly.
• Ability to work within EU time zones.
• Do not support fully asynchronous work.
