About the Role

Lead AI-powered personalization for B2B customers on Adobe.com, defining strategy for using AI, machine learning, and real-time data to tailor content and journeys. This cross-functional role involves product, data science, engineering, and marketing to enhance engagement, conversion, and customer experience, requiring strong product leadership and curiosity about AI innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and roadmap for AI-based personalization across Adobe.com for B2C and B2B customers.
  • Define and scale personalization programs using behavioral, firmographic, and contextual data.
  • Partner with data science and engineering to develop and deploy machine learning models for content recommendations, targeting, and journey orchestration.
  • Own outcomes for B2B web personalization strategy and plans, ensuring alignment with critical metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to use generative AI and automation for dynamic content experience optimization.
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements, use cases, and measurable metrics.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to deliver cohesive, personalized user journeys.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align on vision, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional planning and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Communicate strategy, insights, and results to executives and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in personalization, growth, or AI-based products.
  • Experience building or scaling personalization platforms, recommendation systems, or data-driven customer experiences.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model development lifecycle and experimentation.
  • Proven ability to define and implement data-driven product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and optimization methodologies.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering, data science, UX, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to own decisions and ensure cross-functional alignment on expected outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience with generative AI applications (e.g., content generation, conversational interfaces) (Bonus).
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), real-time decisioning, or marketing automation systems (Bonus).

Salary/Compensations

  • US Annual Salary: $125,800 - $239,725
  • California Annual Salary: $165,600 - $239,725
  • Non-sales roles: Base salary + Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
  • Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award
