  • Anticipate communication needs and risks, providing guidance that strengthens organizational readiness and reputation.
  • Own and manage TTCPP’s LinkedIn presence, including content strategy, editorial planning, publishing, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain an integrated communications calendar to ensure consistent, strategic delivery across all channels.
  • Support the Member Outreach program through communication planning, event materials, and on-site representation at member and union events as required.
  • Ensure all channels reflect a cohesive, modern, and member-focused brand experience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret communications performance across digital platforms, website analytics, social media, surveys, and events.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to enhance communication effectiveness, engagement, and reach.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations, and support the implementation of improvements.
  • Use data driven decision making to refine strategies and strengthen the impact of TTCPP’s communications.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance communication workflows, quality, and efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
