About the Role
This role is critical for revolutionizing the future of healthcare by leading decision support initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing data product visions, roadmaps, and identifying opportunities for operational and quality improvements within the team, ensuring alignment with corporate systems and standards.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify barriers, threats, and risks for project completion and develop solutions with team members.
- Implement quality control processes for projects and operations of analytic systems.
- Assess IRIS reports, downtime incidents, or other issues and notify relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate meetings for working groups, steering committees, and advisory boards.
- Monitor project activity progress and deadlines, maintain records, and establish operating policies and procedures.
- Coordinate daily activities of staff engaged in operational updates and projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and partners involved in projects.
- Participate in project plan development.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of tools used by Decision Support.
- Lead the day-to-day management and product evolution of analytic tools, including leadership of Analysts and Senior Analysts.
- Develop data product vision and roadmaps for enhancements.
- Identify, investigate, plan, and execute opportunities for operational and quality improvements.
- Use professional risk assessment, judgment, and decision-making skills to respond to issues.
- Ensure all project work aligns with existing corporate systems and standards.
- Act as a role model and champion for safety, integrating best practices into daily activities.
Requirements
- Applicants must reside and be legally eligible to work in Ontario.
- Ability to travel to the United States to complete training.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork with the ability to lead a diverse group of individuals.
- Strong ability with data analysis and design.
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to oversee several projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to produce high-quality reports and meet deadlines.
