About the Role

Join the team changing how the world experiences sport. This role drives the current product suite and future roadmap for Broadcast Content & Automation. You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and account management to ideate, shape, and execute products focused on content creation and services for live sporting events across their entire lifecycle. A key focus is driving storytelling through automation tools and empowering editorial and research teams with ML/AI/LLMs for efficient, high-quality content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy focused on empowering writers and researchers with new technologies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Segment user base to understand demographics, behaviors, and preferences, tailoring product features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure business goal alignment.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlog, collaborating with development teams to deliver features and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmap outlining key initiatives, milestones, and timelines.
  • Analyze user data, platform analytics, and market trends for data-driven decisions and product optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of product initiatives.
  • Prepare clear documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
  • Focus on new tech stacks like AI/ML/LLMs.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
  • Track record of driving product innovation and growth.
  • Experience with AI/ML/LLMs and similar technologies.
  • Background in high-level sports editorial and storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles.
  • Experience collaborating with design teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience conducting user research and gathering customer insights.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing product backlogs.
  • Experience prioritizing features.
  • Experience facilitating sprint planning sessions.
  • Knowledge of the sports, data, and technology industry.
  • Experience working with development teams.
